The problem is, we’ve stopped listening to what our bodies are trying to tell us. When we don’t feel well, we take a pill to make it stop – which is essentially telling our body to shut up! When you don’t feel well, it’s time to play detective. Getting to the root cause of what’s making you feel bad will make the symptoms go away without medication.
