Who I Am

My philosphy is in the name: keep it simple. Super simple. There is a lot of confusing and conflicting information out there regarding health and wellness. I believe all your answers lie within. Everyone is different. What works for someone else, may not for you. But at the root of it all is learning to listen to your body and what it's trying to tell you.


Realize you have the power to change. Take it one step at a time. Even the most daunting of tasks can be acheived when broken down into small, acheivable parts. I'm here to help you take your first steps. Being healthy can be fun and delicious! It's time to set yourself free, enjoy life to the fullest, and transform into who you were meant to be!

My Philosophy

My name is Christina Moyes, and as a Certified Holistic Health Coach and busy mother of three (rapidly) growing boys, I understand the challenges busy moms face on a daily basis. I'm here to make it simple for you - SUPER SIMPLE! We all want to look and feel our best so we can enjoy life to the fullest and help our children to do the same. If you are tired of feeling sick and tired, want more energy, want to be rid of achy, painful joints want to feel confident and sexy in your body again (or for the first time!) or just want to enjoy food without guilt - It's time to talk!


Together, at your first private, 45-minute, Simply Healthy Strategy Session, we will explore what your goals and dreams are for your ultimate health and life and what may have kept you stuck in the past. From there we'll devise a step-by-step plan on how to get you from where you are to where you want to be!
